The 39th annual Spicer WinterFest is almost here. There are lots of great events planned between January 12th – February 11th, 2024, including the development of our Festival of Lights in Saulsbury Beach park (in lieu of our beloved ice castle), our WinterFest family fun day and fireworks, the 5th annual WinterFest Fire on Ice dance featuring Fat City All-Stars, and so much more.
