Water Works Dock & Lift parking lot

Check-In & Registration: It is free to register/participate. Entrants must be 12 and under. All Parade Entries should check-in between 6:30-7:00 pm at the parking lot of Water Works Dock & Lift. Floats, Props, & Costumes: Must be appropriate. We ask that entrants avoid political or other sensitive themes. Power wheels, bikes/trikes, rollerblades are allowed
