The Snow Emergency rules are in effect from November 1 to April 15 so the City streets can be plowed. During the Snow Emergency anyone parked on City streets from 2:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m. will have their vehicle towed. The City of Spicer contracts with DONNIE HANSON TOWING 320.354.7176.
