We welcome anyone who would like to be part of the planning of Spicer's 2024 4th of July celebrations. We will meet on Tuesday, April 9th at 8am at the city council chambers at city hall, 217 Hillcrest Avenue. Come lend a hand in coordinating this fun event for the Spicer community!
